Nancy Phillips and her company are always actively engaged in helping to improve the lives of others. Our history of community involvement has focused on organizations like CASA and the Circle Program who champion children's rights and we are also invested in the arts, the NHSPCA and Cancer prevention.
Each year we take on something new that needs our attention and effort.
Our most recent campaigns are:
2009: With the support of the NHADA, we launched a Colon Cancer Awareness Campaign to increase awareness of the need for colon cancer screening.
2010: We, along with a small group of local businesses, organized the Susan Leach Memorial Concert and Auction to Benefit the NHSPCA.
2011: We are in the early stages of research for our newest campaign intended to focus on Safe Driving for Teens.

Our successful business has afforded us the ability to have a meaningful creative impact on the community in which we live. Here in our hometown, our real estate development company - Pairpoint Group - owned by Nancy and her husband Elliott Berkowitz - acquires aged historical buildings turning them into award winning commercial and residential projects.
In the process we have redeveloped stagnant blocks in our downtown thereby contributing to revitalization and economic expansion of our retail environment.
We are proud of our past projects as we launch yet another new development with the restoration of the Burlingame Building built in 1874, formerly the Oddfellows Hall - and now the new home of Nancy Phillips Associates.
