After selling her own dealership in 1989, Nancy realized that there was an immediate need for professional, ethical brokerage and valuation services in the industry – thus Nancy Phillips Associates was born.

Today, over 30 years later, Nancy Phillips Associates sells dealerships all over the country from our office's located in the historic district of downtown Exeter, New Hampshire.  Averaging a dealership transaction nearly every month and dozens of dealership evaluations annually, Nancy Phillips Associates holds an esteemed position in the industry today.  In addition to representing both Sellers and Buyers, Nancy Phillips is widely published in automotive trade magazines and newsletters.
