Today, over 25 years later, Nancy Phillips Associates sells dealerships all over the country from our stunning office in the historical district of downtown Exeter, New Hampshire. Averaging a dealership transaction nearly every month and dozens of dealership evaluations annually, Nancy Phillips Associates holds an esteemed position in the industry today. In addition to representing both Sellers and Buyers, Nancy Phillips is widely published in automotive trade magazines and newsletters.

Nancy Phillips Associates announces the sale of Willie Racine’s Inc., an exclusive Jeep dealership owned by the Racine family and located in Burlington, VT to Brian Hoar of Goss Dodge, Inc., also of Burlington. The new dealership will be known as Goss Jeep.
Willie Racine’s has been a fixture in Burlington for more than 50 years. Brian Hoar has operated his family-owned dealership since 2004. He is also a professional race car driver, with both ACT and NASCAR championships to his credit.
The new dealership will serve the Champlain Valley region by continuing to provide the right vehicle to successfully navigate the New England landscape – and both dealers agree that even Vermont’s weather challenges are not too much for a Jeep !
