Nancy Phillips Associates is pleased to announce the sale of Key Nissan in Lebanon, N.H. to Johanna Cicotte owner of Volvo of Lebanon and Volkswagen of Lebanon.
The acquisition was initiated on the buy-side by Cicotte who engaged Nancy Phillips Associates to facilitate the transaction. The addition of Nissan to Cicotte’s holdings results in the expansion of its auto campus situated at it’s premiere location on the interstate between the New Hampshire and Vermont borders. The new name of the dealership is Nissan of Lebanon.
Key Auto Group, headquartered in Portsmouth New Hampshire, who acquired two additional dealerships in April, was on the sell-side of this transaction.
