The small town dealership is a big producer with a tremendous community presence and a serious commitment to customer satisfaction. Randy Miller, owner of the dealership for the last 24 years, will stay on as General Manager to help with the expansion of the dealership and continue his legacy of exceeding peoples’ expectations. The new name of the dealership is Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Newcastle.
Key Auto Group, headquartered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire continues its Northeast expansion with it's second acquisition in Maine with the purchase of Newcastle Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep.

This made for an interesting part of the transaction as we had to navigate the brand compliance issues in order to consummate the transaction. We obtained construction plans and estimates prior to closing and the new dealership will become fully compliant in accordance with the new Stellantis image going forward."
